Shouyuan Launches New Galvanizing Production Line

A new continuous galvanizing line increases our annual output and shortens lead times.

Shouyuan Steel has successfully commissioned a new continuous hot-dip galvanizing line at our Jinan production base. The line adds 300,000 metric tons of annual galvanized coil capacity and delivers a more uniform zinc coating with tighter gauge control.

Automated thickness and coating measurement ensures consistent quality across every coil. The new line also reduces energy consumption per ton, supporting our commitment to more sustainable steel production.

Customers can now expect shorter lead times for galvanized coils and sheets, with the full range of zinc coating weights from Z060 to Z275 available on request.
